绿色阻燃酚醛泡沫塑料的制备及性能 被引量:3

摘要 系统研究了绿色酚醛树脂泡沫塑料的影响因素,包括制备温度、表面活性剂种类及用量、固化剂、固化反应时间、发泡剂种类、阻燃剂种类及用量等,优化得出最佳配方为:阻燃剂5份,表面活性剂3份,固化剂12份,对甲基苯磺酸/磷酸7∶5,增韧剂1份,较佳的发泡温度为75℃~78℃。在阻燃剂的选择方面,液态磷酸酯类阻燃剂CR-741阻燃效果最好,添加量为5%。通过锥形量热仪试验方法研究了不同配方和发泡工艺产品的燃烧性能,结果表明,通过添加无卤阻燃剂后,其热释放速率和总烟释放量下降,制备的酚醛泡沫塑料阻燃性能进一步提高。 The affecting parameters including as temperature, types and dosage of surfactants, curing agents, cu- ring time, types and dosage of flame retardants, foaming technique, etc. on green phenolic resin foam plastics were studied systemly in the paper. The optimal formulation of phenolic foam was obtained as the following :Sphr of flame retardant,3phr surfactant, 12phr of foaming agent, 1 phr of toughening agent, the ratio of p-toluenesulfonie acid/ phosphoric acid was 7: 5. The better foaming temperature was 75~C ~ 78~C. The optimization of flame retardants was conducted in the paper. Finally, the flame retardant was selected as liquid oligomeric bisphenyl A bis (diphenyl phosphate) , and its dosage was 5%. The flammabilities of phonolie foams prepared in this paper were studied using cone calorimeter. The results indicated that by the addition of halogen-free flame retardant, the heat releasing rate (HRR) and the total smoking amount of the foam plastics decreased greatly,which indicated that the flame retar- dance of the foam was increased further.
