摘要
采用磷酸三(β-氯乙基)酯(TCEP)作为阻燃剂,研究了TCEP用量对聚氨酯弹性体的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着TCEP用量的增加,聚氨酯弹性体的极限氧指数升高,阻燃性能得到提升,但是硬度、力学强度下降,断裂伸长率升高。当用量达到6%以上时,聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体的氧指数达到28以上,聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体达到27以上,均符合弹性体材料的阻燃要求,综合考虑力学性能,TECP在阻燃聚氨酯弹性体中的用量应控制在5%~6%之间。
In this paper, the influence of TCEP content on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer was studied by using TCEP as a flame retardant. The results showed that with the increase of TCEP content, the limiting oxygen index of polyurethane elastomer increased, and flame retardant performance has been improved, but the hardness and mechanical strength decreased and elongation at break increased. When the a- mount was more than 6% ,the oxygen index of polyester polyurethane elastomer reached more than 28 and the polyether polyurethane elastomer reached more than 27. Both are in line with the requirements of flame retardant elastomer material. Considering the mechanical properties, TECP in flame retardant polyurethane elastomer dosage should be controlled in 5% -6%.
