摘要
选用氟硅烷改性有机硅树脂为成膜物质,添加功能型助剂,以HDI三聚体为固化剂,研制了一种疏水型罩光清漆。该罩光清漆固化后漆膜具有优异的疏水性和耐油性。同时,经过室外自然暴晒、UV老化和耐水性试验后,漆膜仍表现出良好的耐久性。
A type of hydrophobic coating varnish was prepared by using fluorosilane-modified silicone resin as the film-forming material, adding functional auxiliaries and HDI trimer as curing agent. The varnish has excellent hydrophobicity and oil resistance after curing. At the same time, the film still shows good durability after outdoor natural exposure, UV aging and water resistance test.
