摘要
对比研究了分光光度法和离子色谱法测试化学试剂乙酸铵中的硝酸盐,结果表明:分光光度法测试硝酸盐含量在0.02mg^0.06mg范围时呈现较好的线性,离子色谱法线性范围广、分析快速准确、灵敏度高、检出限低。
In this study,the results of spectrophotometric and ion chromatography methods for the determination of nitrate in ammonium acetate showed that the linearity of speetrophotometry was better when the nitrate content was in the range of 0. 02mg-0. 06mg. The ion chromatography has a wide range of linear,fast and accurate analysis, high sensitivity, and low detection limit.
