论学校领导研究的新趋势:多元整合领导的理论架构 被引量:2

A New Trend of School Leadership Research: the Theoretical Framework of Multiple Integration Leadership

摘要 当代领导理论从"何以领导"的技术与方法层面,超越理性交易关系,逐渐演进为"为何领导"的精神与价值层面,领导理论也从单一走向多元,由关注领导个人特质到强调组织情境整合,受此研究趋势影响,当前的学校领导正走向多元整合领导。学校多元整合领导可从结构性领导、人力资源领导、政治性领导以及文化领导四个维度来建构。根据多元整合架构的学校领导理论,学校领导者应权宜运用多元的策略和方法,整合不同领导形态的多元领导,才能发挥出卓越的领导效能。
