摘要
研究建立了同时测定人工革中24种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)方法。以代表性的6种PAEs做条件选择,通过正交试验优化,四氢呋喃为提取剂,室温超声30min,经正己烷沉淀,萃取液通过气相色谱/质谱-选择离子监测法进行定量分析。24种PAEs线性相关系数均大于0.995,方法检出限范围为1.9~49.2mg/kg。6种PAEs的平均回收率为85.8%~110.1%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于15%。该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、定量准确,满足人工革中多种PAEs的检测要求。
An effective GC-MS method was established for the simultaneous determination of 24 phthalates(PAEs)in imitation leather.The 6 PAEs were chosen for optimizing analysis conditions by orthogonal experiment.The samples were dissolved by tetrahydrofuran with ultrasonic extraction for 30 min in room temperature,then were precipitated by n-hexane and analyzed by GC-MS with selected ion monitor mode.The correlation coefficients of the 24 PAEs were greater than 0.995,and the method detection limit ranged from 1.9 to 49.2 mg/kg.The average recoveries of 6 PAEs were 85.8%-110.1% with relative standard deviation(n=6)less than 15%.The results showed that the proposed method was simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,which could satisfy the requirement for derterming PAEs in imitation leather.
