摘要
研究建立了应用X射线荧光光谱技术检测鸡粪中的Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Se等5种元素含量的快速检测方法。将样品粉碎压片后,利用能量色散型X射线荧光光谱仪采集样品的光谱信息。本研究通过去卷积进行重叠谱的解析,引入Ag康普顿内标和元素背景内标方法来降低基体干扰,从而获得了较好的准确度和精密度。标准样品及未知样品的分析结果证明利用X射线荧光光谱技术对鸡粪样品进行建模分析具有较强的可行性。该方法操作简单,5种元素同时分析,测量时间短,为畜禽粪便中金属元素的快速检测分析提供了新途径。
In this study,the overlapped spectra was processed by deconvolution,and the matrix effects was corrected using Ag-kαCompton-scattered radiation and elemental background as internal standard,resulting in better precision and accuracy.The analytical results of standard samples and unknown samples proved that it was feasible to use X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy to model chicken manure samples.The method is simple,fast and provide a new rapid detection method for simultaneous determination of five elements in livestock excrement.
