液液萃取-毛细管气相色谱法测定水中邻甲苯酚和邻溴苯酚 被引量:2

Determination of o-cresol and o-bromo-phenol in water by offline liquid-liquid extraction combined with capillary gas chromatography

摘要 建立了液液萃取地表水样品,气相色谱法同时测定水中邻甲苯酚和邻溴苯酚的方法。本方法标准曲线线性关系良好,邻甲苯酚和邻溴苯酚的相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限分别为0.04μg/L和0.03μg/L,加标回收率在92.9%~97.1%间。本方法前处理操作简单,富集效率高,分析方法检出限低,精密度和准确性良好,适用于水中邻甲苯酚和邻溴苯酚的测定。 The linear relationship of the method was good with correlation coefficient above 0.999.And the detection limits of o-cresol and o-bromo-phenol were 0.04μg/L and 0.03μg/L,respectively.The recovery rate of this method ranged from 92.9%to 97.1%.Thus the proposed method was accurate and precise with simple pretreatment and high enrichment efficiency,and it is suitable for routinely determining the two phenols in water samples.
