摘要
针对基于酶抑制率原理的农药残留快速检测仪的主要性能指标,包括波长示值误差和重复性、线性、稳定性、通道极差以及灵敏度等进行了系统研究。结果表明,波长示值误差范围为-1.38~1.20nm,波长重复性范围为0.03~0.48nm;线性相关系数R的范围为0.9985~0.9995;30min内吸光度变化范围为0.001~0.002;通道极差5.6%~6.4%;灵敏度0.02mg/L^0.5mg/L;重复性0.71%~1.13%,满足分析方法和产品相关的国家、行业标准,结果令人满意。
The rapid pesticide residue detector is based on the principle of enzyme inhibition.In this paper,its main performance indicators were systematically studied,including the wavelength error and the repeatability of indication,linearity,stability,the channel difference and sensitivity.The results showed that the values of wavelength indication error were within 1.38-1.20 nm,while the range of wavelength repeatability was between 0.03-0.48 nm.The linear correlation coefficient R ranged from 0.9985 to 0.9995;the absorbance ranged from 0.001 to 0.002 within 30 min,and the difference of channel results were in the range of 5.6%-6.4%;the sensitivity was in the range from 0.02 to 0.5 mg/L;and the repeatability values were within 0.71%-1.13%.All of the performance parameters above met the analytical methods,products-related national and industrial standards,and the experimental results were satisfactory.
