摘要
以磺胺类药物为例,研究了高能诱导裂解技术(Higher energy Collision induced Dissociation,HCD)与传统的碰撞诱导解离技术(collision induced dissociation,CID)在裂解碎片组成上的差异,并结合Orbitrap高分辨质谱技术对HCD和CID产生的碎片离子进行了解析。通过对比HCD和CID裂解碎片,研究了新型HCD技术在裂解碎片产生机理方面的规律。研究表明,与CID相比,HCD技术提供了稳定的高能裂解方式,并可改善CID裂解中产生的cut-off效应。HCD裂解模式结合高分辨质谱数据,为推测化合物结构、质谱裂解机理等提供更为详实的裂解碎片信息,为化合物的确证提供可靠的理论依据。
Taking sulfonamide drugs for example,in this paper,we studied the differences of fragmentation regularity between HCD(higher energy collision induced dissociation)and the traditional CID(collision induced dissociation).By comparing the fragmentation of HCD and CID,the mechanism of fragmentation for new HCD technology was studied,and a new stable high energy dissociation way was established.HCD can reduce the cut-off influence.Combined with high resolution mass spectrometry,HCD can provide more detailed fragmentation information for the identification of chemical compounds in foodstuff.
