摘要
将谷胱甘肽(GSH)和4-巯基吡啶(4-MPY)通过Ag-S化学键键合到AgNPs表面,使其发生GSH/4-MPY功能化的AgNPs团聚,增强了4-MPY的拉曼信号,间接检测了水体中As^(3+)。实验充分研究了银纳米材料的合成条件及对As^(3+)进行SERS检测的最优条件,在4-MPY的浓度为2.0μmol/L、搅拌时长为30分钟的优化条件下,拉曼信号强度与As^(3+)浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为1~300μg/L。
A highly sensitive SERS platform for the selective trace analysis of As(3+) ions was reported based on glutathione(GSH)/4-mercaptopyridine(4-MPY)modified silver nanoparticles(AgNPs).The optimal conditions of SERS analysis were proposed as well as AgNPs synthesis.The Raman signal intensity showed a linear relationship with As(3+) concentration with a linear range of 1-300 ppb under 2.0μM 4-MPY and stirring time of 30 min.
