摘要
利用热差分析仪,对6种标准煤样进行了煤的工业分析测试,同时,采用煤的工业分析的国标方法进行了测试。通过方法和测试结果的对比分析,两种测试技术的测定结果和标准煤样的标准值比较吻合,方法的精密度高。热差分析仪对水分和灰分的测试可以取代国标方法对煤进行工业分析测试,挥发份的测试数据可以作为参考。
The proximate analysis of six standard coal samples were tested using differential thermaostep analyzer.Both the testing method and the corresponding results had been compared with those obtained by following national standard method.The comparison data revealed that the thermostep analyzer could provide simplified and accurate measurement in coal proximate analysis,which could replace the national standard method.The data of volatile matters determined could also provide reference for analysis.
