摘要
目前,国内测量水中阴离子表面活性剂执行的是《水质阴离子表面活性剂的测定亚甲蓝分光光度法》(GB7494—1987)。该方法测量阴离子表面活性剂的工作,萃取操作复杂,实验过程繁琐,有机萃取剂氯仿可危害实验人员的身体健康。本实验使用阴离子表面活性剂自动分析仪,通过自动萃取、分离、测量等全自动步骤测量地表水、地下水中的阴离子表面活性剂,其萃取率、检出限等指标均达到国家标准检测方法的要求,降低了实验步骤的复杂性而且最大限度减少了试剂对人体的伤害。
The present analysis method used to determine anionic surfactants in waste water is standard method of GB7494-1987(Water Quality-Determination of Anionic Surfactants-Methylene Blue Spectrophotometric Method).However,the method was tedious and harmful to experimenter due to chloroform as extraction solvent and the manual extraction.By using automatic anionic surfactants-Methylene analyzer,the above analysis process was free from manual operation i.e.automatic operation,including extraction,separation and measurement.And the extraction rate and detection limit complied with the requirement of the national standard method with less complicate operations and more friendly to human health.
