摘要
建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定蜂蜜中克伦特罗残留量的方法 ,并对样品前处理方法和色谱条件进行了优化,考察了流动相和固相萃取柱对蜂蜜中克伦特罗残留量测定的影响。实验表明,以甲醇-磷酸盐为流动相时,杂质组分干扰少,方法重复性好,灵敏度较高,并具有良好的线性相关性;固相萃取柱对蜂蜜中克伦特罗残留量的测定有很大影响,MCX和HLB固相萃取柱净化后的回收率要高于WCX和SCX固相萃取柱。优化后的实验方法稳定性好,回收率高,适用于蜂蜜中克伦特罗残留量的测定。
The effects of mobile phase and solid phase extraction column on the determination of clenbuterol residue in honey were investigated.The results indicated that the method was of good accuracy,high repeatability,favorable sensitivity and less interferences from impurities using methanol-phosphate mobile phase.Solid phase extraction column had a great influence on the determination of clenbuterol residue in honey.The samples were purified by MCX,HLB,WCX and SCX solid phase extraction column,respectively.The recoveries using MCX and HLB solid phase extraction column were higher than that using the others.The optimized method had the advantages of ideal stability,good reproducibility and high recoveries which was suitable for the determination of clenbuterol residue in honey.
