摘要
采用红外吸收光谱法测试萤石中的碳含量,再通过换算系数换算成CaCO_3含量。为了消除其它碳酸盐的干扰,将萤石样品置于500℃马弗炉中灼烧,后用红外碳硫仪测试灼烧后的样品。对试样加入量、助熔剂的选择及其配比、助熔剂的加入方式以及粉尘的影响进行了试验,确定了最佳分析条件,该方法快速准确、相对标准偏差小,能够满足生产需要。
The carbon content in fluorite was tested by infrared spectroscopy, and converted into CaCO3 content through the conversion coefficient. In order to eliminate the interference of other carbonate, the fluorspar sample were calcined in the muffle furnace at 500℃, and then the eauterant were analyzed by using of infrared carbon-sulfur detector. The tests are conducted for elimination of blank value, quantity of sample to add, selection and proportion of flux,adding way of flux and influence of powder dust,the best analysis condition is settled. The method is fast, accurate, and its relative standard difference small and can meet demand of production.
