阴离子型固色剂在酸性染料染色中的应用

Application of Anionic Fixing Agent in Dyeing with Acid Dyes

主要探讨了阴离子型固色剂对锦纶织物的固色效果,通过对影响其固色效果的主要因素如固色液pH值、固色温度、固色时间、固色剂用量进行试验,最后得出:所选用的阴离子型固色剂中DM-2539G固色效果最好;其最佳固色工艺为:固色剂用量为3%(o.w.f)、固色液pH值为4.0、固色温度为80℃、保温时间为20min,在此工艺下固色,锦纶织物的耐皂洗色牢度和耐汗渍色牢度均可达4级,且固色前后的色差很少.

In this paper,the fixing effect of the anionic fixing agent on nylon is discussed based on the main factors such as fixing pH,fixing temperature and fixing time,fixing agent dosage.It concludes that fixing effect of the anionic fixing agent DM-2539 Gis the best of all.When fixing agent 3.0%（o.w.f）,pH value of fixation bath 4.0,fixing at 80℃ for 20 min,the soaping fastness and perspiration fastness on nylon can reach level 4,and color difference of nylon before and after fixation is little.
