蜡疗加中药外敷辅助治疗单纯性肠梗阻30例

Wax Therapy and External Application of Chinese Herbal Medicine in the Auxiliary Treatment of Simple Intestinal Obstruction for 30 Cases

目的观察蜡疗加中药外敷辅助治疗单纯性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法将60例单纯性肠梗阻患者随机分为2组,每组30例,对照组采用常规西医治疗措施,治疗组则在此基础上加用蜡疗和中药外敷,观察2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组临床总有效率分别为96.7%和80.0%,临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论蜡疗加中药外敷可有效辅助治疗单纯性肠梗阻,且临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of wax therapy and external application of Chinese herbal medicine in the auxiliary treatment of simple intestinal obstruction. Methods 60 cases of simple intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment. The treatment group was treated with wax therapy and external application of Chinese herbal medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The total clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96. 7% and 80. 0% respectively. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The wax therapy and external application of Chinese herbal medicine in the auxiliary treatment of simple intestinal obstruction has significantly clinical effect.
