针灸联合心理干预对广泛性焦虑障碍患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Psychological Intervention on Patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder

目的观察针灸联合心理干预对广泛性焦虑障碍患者的疗效。方法选取2015年6月—2017年7月山西大医院门诊收治的90例广泛性焦虑障碍患者作为观察对象,按照单双号法分为对照组(42例)和实验组(48例),对照组予以心理干预治疗,实验组予以针灸联合心理干预治疗,比较2组患者心理状况改善效果和临床疗效。结果对照组与实验组治疗1周、2周、4周后的HAMA评分中躯体因子与治疗前相比,显著降低,组间展开比较,实验组显著低于对照组,组间具有统计学差异(P<0.05);2组患者治疗总有效率比较,实验组总有效率为89.6%,优于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合心理干预可显著改善广泛性焦虑障碍患者心理状况,提高治疗效果,值得临床借鉴和推广。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with psychological intervention on patients with generalized anxiety disorder. Methods Ninety patients with generalized anxiety disorder admitted to Shanxi Dayi Hospital from June 2015 to July 2017 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group（ n = 42） and experimental group（ n = 48））. The control group was treated with psychological intervention. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with psychological intervention. The improvement of psychological status and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with before treatment,the somatic factors in HAMA score of control group and experimental group were significantly lower than those of before after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,and the somatic factors in HAMA score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group,and there had statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate in the experimental group and the control group was 89. 6% and 66. 7% respectively（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with psychological intervention can significantly improve the psychological status of patients with generalized anxiety disorder and the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
