中医特色护理在ERCP术后患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in Patients after ERCP Operation

目的研究中医特色护理对ERCP术后患者的应用效果。方法自2013年6月—2016年8月于本院实施ERCP治疗的胰胆系统疾病患者中选取76例作为研究对象,随机平分为观察组与对照组,对照组做ERCP术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医特色护理,比较两项护理计划的临床应用效果。结果观察组术后并发症发生概率(10.53%)低于对照组(34.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总体满意程度(94.74%)高于对照组(78.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理对于ERCP术后护理质量与患者临床症状有改善作用,值得应用。

Objective To study the application effect of TCM nursing care of postoperative ERCP patients. Methods 76 cases of patients with pancreatobiliary diseases from June 2013 to August 2016 in our hospital implemented ERCP treatment were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received ERCP postoperative routine nursing,and the observation group received TCM nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical application effect of two nursing plans was compared. Results The probability of occurrence of complications of the patients in the observation group（ 10. 53%） was lower than that in the control group（ 34. 21%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The overall satisfaction degree of the observation group（ 94. 74%） was higher than that of the control group（ 78. 95%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion TCM nursing care can improve nursing quality,and is worthy of application.
