充分认识青少年社会教育的重要性。它不仅是学校教育的必要补充,而且是人的存在和发展的基本方式,尤其是当代社会闲暇增多,青少年社会教育更为急迫。青少年社会教育不仅范围无限,而且教育主体、教育对象、教育影响具有复杂性,有意识和无意识的、积极的和消极的影响并存。面对复杂的社会教育,发挥其对个体发展的积极作用,关键是提升社会教育力。这就要在终身教育视野下确立教育的整体观,政府有意识地建构社会教育,提升社会成员的教育意识,增强社会的教育责任感。

Realizing the importance of social education for adolescents is not only a necessary supplement to school education,but also a basic way of human existence and development. Social education for adolescents is more urgent,especially in the leisure time of contemporary society. Social education for adolescents is not only limitless in scope,but also complicated in terms of its educational subjects,educational objects,and educational influence with conscious and unconscious,positive and negative influences coexisting. In the face of complex social education and its positive role in the development of individual,the key is to improve the educational power of the society. It is necessary to establish the holistic view of education in the perspective of lifelong education. The government should consciously construct social education,enhance the educational consciousness of members of society and enhance the sense of educational responsibility of the society.
