To prevent the depression of courage and uprightness and the fighting spirit of revolutionary soldiers,we must fully tap red resources,strengthen the construction of fighting culture and internalize the brave and indomitable fighting spirit of soldiers,exercising courage and uprightness in day-to-day strict training and critical task performing and solidifying courage and uprightness in the administration of military force by law and the stringent regulations.
