摘要
在市场经济发展的新时代,在追逐利润的资本主义企业的工作空间,规章制度等一系列手段和形式在规训青年白领的身体行为,影响青年白领的思维方式和认知,抹平人与人之间的差异,将青年白领群体归结为一个整体脸谱化的符号、一个集体名词。青年白领员工被企业的工作空间规训成为服从、驯顺、有"职业素质"的职业白领,而青年白领基于其自主性和能动性,凭借各种手段持续抵抗企业规训,两者呈现出关于规训与抵抗互动的生态图景。
In the new era in which market economy prevails,the physical behavior of young whitecollar workers in profit-seeking capitalist enterprises are influenced by corporate rules and regulations and so are their ways of thinking and cognition. The differences among individuals are disappearing. Young white-collar workers are required to become obedient,tame and modest workers with "professional quality". All of them gradually become similar to each other. Meanwhile,young white-collar workers resist corporate disciplines by various means because of their autonomy and initiatives,but with little success.The conflict and interaction between corporate disciplines and young staff resistance is coming into being,like an ecological picture.
