浅谈医疗卫生监督行政执法中罚没物品的处理

Dicussion on the processing of confiscated goods in health law supervision

本文从一起非法行医案例切入,依据相关法律法规,提出罚没物品及医疗卫生监督行政执法中罚没物品的含义。通过介绍其他部门处理罚没物品的现行相关工作规范和处理方式,分析当前卫生计生行政部门处理罚没物品的现状,分别从内部层面和外部层面两个角度提出工作建议,为卫生计生行政部门开展罚没物品处理工作提供参考。

This paper started from a case of an illegal medical practice, defined the meaning of the confiscated goods and the meaning in health law supervision according to relevant laws and regulations. Then, this paper analyzed the current status of the processing of the confiscated goods by the health and family planning administrative department, through introducing current norms and processing methods related to confiscated goods from other departments. Finally, this paper put forward suggestions for further work respectively from the internal and external aspects, to provide the reference for the health and family planning administrative department in the processing of confiscated goods.
