摘要
针对于传统的泵站水箱供水装置,使用机械式的浮球阀控制水流的开关状态,浮球阀动作频繁容易导致机械故障,控制精度要求不达标,产生的关水不严、水资源浪费、甚至大面积停水等问题,因此设计了泵房水箱安全供水控制系统。先介绍安全供水装置的工作流程和控制系统的工作原理,选用江川FX系列可编程控制器实现对传感器的信号采集和驱动装置的控制。本系统可以解决泵房水箱恒压、持续和可靠的供水难题,也可以应用在其它工业领域,以减少成本,提高自动化程度和控制精度。
