摘要
本文研究了ZG1Cr17Ni3合金小内环的熔模精铸工艺,采用小浇口多排布的浇注系统,通过蜡模控制变形,涂料控制钢豆,造型控制冷却顺序,冶炼控制疏松等各个环节的工艺严控,实现了薄壁件小内环的试制和生产,且将合格率从17%提升至70%。
In this paper, the precision casting process of ZG1Cr17Ni3 alloy Small inner ring is studied. Using the pouring system of the small gate and multi arrangement, the wax mould is used to control the deformation. The coating controls the steel bean.The molding controls cooling order and the smelting controls shrinkage and porosity and other links are strictly controlled. The test and production of the Small inner ring of the thin-walled parts are realized, and the qualifed rate increased from 17% to 70%.
