The Inter-subjective Beauty of Nature——A Re-reading of Robert Frost's Nature Poems

通过重读罗伯特·弗洛斯特的自然诗,展开其自然诗与浪漫主义抒情诗及田园诗传统的对比研究,突出其自然诗中独特的美学批判与创建。以"反浪漫主义的自然抒写""反田园诗的审美批判""对话的自然"3个维度构建弗氏自然诗的美学体系。通过浪漫主义的反讽、对田园诗的戏仿及对主体间性自然之美的塑造,弗氏自然诗不但实现了对既定文学传统的超越,突显对工业文明及"人类中心主义"自然观的审美批判,更开辟了人与自然同生共荣的存在之美,成为美国自然文学传统中的又一经典。

Centering on a rereading of Robert Frost＇s nature poems,this paper carries out a comparative study of Frost＇s poems,his Romantic lyrics and pastorals,highlighting Frost＇s aesthetic critique and construction.Through analyzing his＂anti-romantic nature writing＂,his＂anti-pastoral aesthetic critique＂and his＂dialogic nature＂,the paper intends to build up Frost＇s aesthetic system.With romantic irony,parody of pastorals and shaping of inter-subjective beauty of nature,Frost＇s nature poems not only transcend the limits of literary tradition,giving aprominent aesthetic critique to industrialization and＂human-centered＂notions,but also initiate an existential beauty that witnesses harmony between man and nature,thus becoming one of the canons in American nature writing traditions.
