摘要
2017年8月，国际血液病学顶级杂志Blood发表了山东大学齐鲁医院侯明教授牵头的一项由国内8家中心共同完成的临床研究＂重组人血小板生成素在妊娠合并免疫性血小板减少症患者管理中的应用＂[Kong Z, Qin P, Xiao S, et al. A novel recombinant human thrombopoietin therapy for the management of immune thrombocytopenia in pregnancy. Blood, 2017,130（9）：1097-1103.]。该研究为多中心、开放性、单臂研究，首次评估了重组人血小板生成素（rhTPO）应用于妊娠合并免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）患者的疗效与安全性。
