摘要
分析传统自恢复式过欠压保护器电路的设计缺陷,提出优化的设计方案。该方案采用宽工作电压范围的电源电路设计,有效保障自恢复式过欠压保护器在持续执行过压保护时,不会因为电源电路温升过高而损坏;采用进、出端同时检测的电压信号调理电路设计,不但电路设计简单、测量精度高,而且能实时检测继电器触点吸合或断开的工作状态,有效解决了继电器触点工作状态无法检测的问题,提高了产品的合格率;采用超低功耗、16位精简指令系统的微控制器MSP430F1232为核心器件,构建一个低功耗、高性能的测控系统,其所需电路的关键部位采用冗余设计,确保微控制器的持续、稳定运行。
Based on the analysis of the traditional OUPA circuit design defects,this paper put forward an optimized design scheme. The scheme adopts the design of power supply circuit with wide working voltage range,guarantees effectively the OUPA in the continuous execution of over-voltage protection,which can not be damaged because of the power supply circuit at high temperature. It adopts the voltage signal conditioning circuit design and detection of inlet and outlet end. The circuit design is simple,and the measurement accuracy is high. Meanwhile,it can real-time detect the relay contact pull or disconnect working state,which effectively solves the problem of the relay contact working state cannot be detected,improves the qualified rate of products. Ultra low power,16 bit RISC microcontroller MSP430 F1232 as the core device,it sets up a low power and high performance measurement and control system,the key parts of the necessary circuit use redundancy design,which ensures continuous and stable operation of the micro controller.
