蒲地蓝消炎口服液对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响

Study on the immunomodulatory activity of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid in the immunosuppressed mice

目的:研究清热解毒类复方制剂蒲地蓝消炎口服液对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:运用小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验、溶血素测定实验、碳廓清实验来研究蒲地蓝消炎口服液对免疫低下小鼠细胞免疫、体液免疫、非特异性免疫的调节作用。结果:在刀豆蛋白A(conA)诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖实验中,口服20g、10g、5g生药/kg/d的蒲地蓝消炎口服液可显著增加免疫低下小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转化能力,且小鼠脾体比和胸腺体比显著升高;在溶血素测定实验中口服20g、10g、5g生药/kg/d的蒲地蓝消炎口服液可升高免疫低下小鼠抗体生成能力;在碳廓清实验中,口服5g生药/kg/d的蒲地蓝消炎口服液可提高巨噬细胞吞噬指数。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液可在一定程度上提高免疫低下小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫能力及非特异性免疫能力。

Objective： To study the effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid on the immune function of immunosuppressed mice. Methods： Spleen T lymphocyte transformation test in mice,hemolysin detection and carbon clearance test were applied to assay effects of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid on humoral immunity,cellular immunity and nonspecific immunity. Results： In conA induced spleen T lymphocyte transformation test,20 g/kg/d,10 g/kg/d,5 g/kg/d Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid increased the lymphocyte transformation ability（P〈0. 05） and both the index of spleen and the index of thyrum of immunosuppressed mice（P〈0. 05）. In addition,20 g/kg/d,10 g/kg/d,5 g/kg/d Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid elevated the serum antibody level in immunosuppressed mice（P〈0. 01）. It also increased values of phagocytic index（α） in the carbon clearance experiment（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid shows the significant immunomodulatory property in immunosuppressed mice through cellular immunity,humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity.
