减方二十五味松石丸对小鼠急、慢性肝损伤的保护作用研究

Protective Effect of Modified Ershiwuwei Songshi Pills on Acute and Chronic Liver Injury

目的:比较二十五味松石丸减方前后对小鼠急、慢性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:给予由不同因素引起急、慢性肝损伤的小鼠减方前后的二十五味松石丸药物一定时间后,测定血清指标ALT、AST及肝匀浆指标MDA、SOD,观察小鼠肝脏病理切片。结果:与模型组比较,二十五味松石丸减方各组均能升高小鼠肝脏中SOD的含量,同时,二十五味松石丸减方0.154g/kg(除去朱砂和松石)组能够降低小鼠血清中AST含量,二十五味松石丸减方0.150g/kg(除去船形乌头和木香马兜铃)组和二十五味松石丸减方0.137g/kg(除去朱砂、松石、船形乌头和木香马兜铃)组能够降低小鼠血清中ALT含量,二十五味松石丸减方0.147g/kg(除去朱砂、船形乌头和木香马兜铃)组能够降低血清中ALT、AST含量、升高肝脏中TP的含量。肝脏病理切片显示各给药组肝脏的炎细胞减少、纤维化减轻。结论:二十五味松石丸减方各组对实验中采用的肝损伤模型均具有一定的保护作用,其中二十五味松石丸减方(除去朱砂、船形乌头和木香马兜铃)组的药效与二十五味松石丸组的药效基本一致。

Objective： To compare the protective effect of modified Ershiwuwei Songshi pills on acute and chronic liver injury in mice. Methods：Different modified Ershiwuwei Songshi pills were given to mice with acute and chronic liver injury caused by different factors,and contents of ALT,AST,MDA and SOD were ompared,and pathological changes of mice liver were observed. Results： Compared with the model group,modified Ershiwuwei Songshi pills increased the content of SOD in the liver of mice（P〈0. 01）. Ershiwuwei Songshi pills（0. 154 g/kg） without zinnober and calaite reduced the serum AST of mice（P〈0. 05）. Ershiwuwei Songshi pills（0. 150 g/kg） without navicular aconite and birthwort and Ershiwuwei Songshi pills（0. 137 g/kg） without zinnober,calaite,navicular aconite and birthwort decreased the serum ALT level（P〈0. 05）. Ershiwuwei Songshi pills（0. 147 g/kg） without zinnober,navicular aconite and birthwort decreased ALT and AST in serum and increased TP in livers of mice（P〈0. 05）. Pathological changes of mice liver showed that modified Ershiwuwei Songshi pills decreased inflammatory cells and reduced fibrosis. Conclusion： All modified Ershiwuwei Songshi pills have the protective effect. on mice with acute and chronic liver injury,and modified Ershiwuwei Songshi pills without zinnober,navicular aconite and birthwort has the same protective effect with Ershiwuwei Songshi pills.
