木犀草素抗肝细胞癌作用及机制的研究进展

Advances in the study of the effect and mechanism of Luteolin on hepatocellular carcinoma

目的:探讨木犀草素抗肝细胞癌的作用及机制研究进展情况。方法:回顾性分析近几年来国内外对木犀草素抗肝细胞癌的相关文献,对目前木犀草素抗肝细胞癌的作用及机制研究进展做一综述。结果:木犀草素抑制肝细胞癌的生长、浸润和转移,对肝细胞癌有增效、增敏、减毒、抗氧化和抗突变的作用;可以通过多机制、多途径、多靶点抗肝细胞癌。结论:有必要进一步探讨木犀草素抗肝细胞癌的作用及机制,为木犀草素抗肝细胞癌的临床应用和基因靶向等新药开发奠定一定的理论基础和科学依据。

Objective： To investigate the effect and mechanism of luteolin on hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）. Methods： We respectively analyzed the recent literatures on effects of luteolin on hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） at home and abroad,and reviewed the current research on the mechanism of luteolin in hepatocellular carcinoma. Results： Luteolin inhibited the growth,invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma and had synergistic effect,sensitization,attenuated,anti-oxidative and anti-mutagenic effects on hepatocellular carcinoma. It was used in multi-mechanism,multi-channel,multi-cancer. Conclusion： It is necessary to further explore the effect and mechanism of luteolin on hepatocellular carcinoma,and lay a certain theoretical and scientific basis for the clinical application of luteolin and anti-hepatocellular carcinoma and the application of gene targeting.
