摘要
为了研究陶瓷基片表面ZSM-5分子筛薄膜的合成方法,并探究其理化及生物医学性能,以Silicalite-1为晶种,采用微波-水热两次生长法在ZTA纳米复相陶瓷基片表面合成了ZSM-5分子筛薄膜。结果表明:ZTA陶瓷基片表面合成了结晶度高、表面规整的ZSM-5分子筛薄膜;ZTA陶瓷基片/ZSM-5分子筛薄膜复合材料相对密度、抗弯强度、硬度和断裂韧性的最大均值分别达到了98.8%、455 MPa、17.7 GPa和5.8 MPa·m^(1/2);ZSM-5分子筛薄膜具有良好的亲水性、生物相容性和抑菌性。
In order to study the synthesis of ZSM-5 molecular sieve flm on the ceramic substrate surface and explore its physicochemical and biomedical properties, ZSM-5 molecular sieve flm on the surface of ZTA nanocomposite ceramic substrate was prepared by microwave-hydrothermal secondary growth method using Silicalite-1 as seed. The results show that ZSM-5 molecular sieve flm with high crystallinity and regular surface was synthesized successfully on the surface of ZTA ceramic substrate. The maximum mean value of the relative density, bending strength, hardness and fracture toughness of ZTA ceramic substrate/ZSM-5 molecular sieve flm composite were 98.8%, 455 MPa, 17.7 GPa and 5.8 MPa ? m1/2, respectively. ZSM-5 molecular sieve flm has good hydrophilicity, biocompatibility and antibacterial activity.
