摘要
探究分散剂含量和pH值对ZnO系列粉体组成的总浆料的分散性的影响。借助Zeta、SEM等分析方法对所制得总浆料的分散状况以及电阻片的微观结构进行分析测试。结果表明,在分散剂A含量为0.7wt.%、原始pH为8.756的总浆料分散体系与分散剂B含量为0.3wt.%、原始pH为8.659的总浆料分散体系的分散效果好,分散剂用量少,总浆料的粘度低。
This paper systemically studies the effect of the content of different dispersants and pH values on the dispersion of the total slurry. The dispersion of the total slurry and the microstructure of the ZnO varistors were studied by Zeta and SEM. The results show that the total slurry either with 0.7wt.% dispersant A and the original pH value at 8.756 or with 0.3wt.% dispersant B and the original pH value at 8.659 possesses good dispersion effects, achieving low viscosity and with the least dispersant amount.
