还原型谷胱甘肽对新生儿高胆红素血症氧化应激状态的影响 被引量:2

Effect of reduced glutathione on oxidative stress in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia

摘要 目的观察间歇性光疗联合还原型谷胱甘肽对新生儿高胆红素血症氧化和抗氧化应激状态的影响。方法将洛阳市妇女儿童医疗保健中心2014年12月至2016年12月收治的90例高胆红素血症新生儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例;对照组给予单纯间歇性光疗,观察组给予间歇性光疗联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗;分别于治疗前及治疗72 h后检测患儿血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)指标水平,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组SOD、MDA与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组SOD较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),MDA较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组SOD明显升高(P<0.05),MDA明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后不同时间点(治疗24h、48h、72h),观察组较对照组SOD水平明显升高(P<0.05),MDA水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论间歇性光疗联合还原型谷胱甘肽对新生儿高胆红素血症可有效提高机体抗氧化应激能力,减轻氧化损伤,增强光疗效果,具有较高应用价值。 Objective To observe the effects of intermittent phototherapy combined with reduced glutathione on oxidative stress and anti-oxidative stress in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods Totally 90 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into control group(45 cases) and observation group(45 cases). Both groups were given intermittent phototherapy,besides,the observation group was given additional reduced glutathione treatment. 72 h before and after treatment,the levels of serum malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were respectively detected,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in SOD and MDA of the observation group(P〉0. 05); While in the control group,The SOD level was significantly lower than before treatment(P〈0. 05),the MDA level was significantly higher than that before treatment(P〈0. 05); the SOD level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0. 05),the MDA level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0. 05). At different time points after treatment(24 h,48 h,72 h after treatment),the SOD levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0. 05),and the MDA levels were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Intermittent phototherapy combined with reduced glutathione which has high application value,can effectively improve the anti-oxidative stress,reduce oxidative damage and enhance the effect of phototherapy for neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.
