高危型人乳头瘤感染与解脲脲原体相关性分析

Correlation of HPV infection and ureaplasma urealyticum

目的分析焦作地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papillomaviruses,HPV)感染分布情况,探讨HPV与解脲脲原体(UU)感染的相关性。方法选取自2015年8月至2017年5月来河南理工大学第一附属医院妇产科门诊就诊的有生殖道感染的2 027例患者,采集阴道分泌物宫颈分泌物标本,采用PCR-反向杂交技术对2 027例患者进行HPV的基因分型检测,同时采用荧光定量PCR的方法对解脲脲原体(UU)进行定量检测,根据结果把高危型HPV(HR-HPV)阳性设为实验组,把HPV阴性设为对照组,对两组数据的UU-DNA阳性率进行相关性分析。结果 2 027例患者中共检出HPV-DNA 355例,总感染率为17.51%,单纯高危性HPV(HR-HPV)感染人数为298例,占83.94%,混合感染人数66例,感染率为18.59%,其中高危型HPV感染次数为357例,感染率为77.10%(357/463),低危型HPV感染次数107例,感染率为27.89%(107/463),高危型HPV阳性的患者UU感染率为36.33%,HPV阴性的患者UU感染率14.29%,两组数据经比较有统计学意义(χ2=3.258,P<0.05)。结论解脲脲原体的感染与人乳头瘤病毒的感染有一定的相关性,且对其感染有一定的促进作用。

Objective To analyze the distribution of Human Papillomavirus（HPV） infection in Jiaozuo area and to explore the correlation between HPV and ureaplasma urealyticum（UU） infection. Methods From August 2015 to May2015 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology clinic totally 2027 patients of reproductive tract infection,vaginal cervical secretions samples,the PCR-reverse hybridization technique in 2027 patients for HPV genotyping detection,at the same time used by fluorescence quantitative PCR method for quantitative detection of solution of UU,according to the results of the high-risk type HPV positive（HR-HPV） as experimental group,the HPV negative set as control group,UU-DNA positive rates of two groups were analyzed. Results Check out of a total of 2027 patients with HPV-DNA in 355 cases,the total infection rate was 17. 51%,pure high-risk sexual HPV infections（HR-HPV） for 298 cases,accounting for 83. 94%,mixed infection in 66 cases,infection rate was 18. 59%,the number of high-risk type HPV infection of 357 cases,infection rate was 77. 10%（357/463）,low-risk type number of HPV infection in 107 cases,infection rate was 27. 89%（107/463）,high-risk type HPV positive patients with UU infection rate was36. 33%,and patients with HPV negative UU infection rate 14. 29%,the data of two groups was statistically significant.（χ^2= 3. 258,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the infection of ureaplasma and human papilloma virus,and it can promote the infection.
