同期与分期全膝关节置换术在双侧膝骨关节炎治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究同期与分期全膝关节置换术(TKA)在双侧膝骨关节炎治疗中应用效果。方法将2016年6月—2017年5月在汝阳县人民医院行双侧TKA的双侧膝骨关节炎患者86例作为研究对象,将其运用随机数表法分为两组,各43例。对照组实施分期TKA,观察组实施同期TKA。观察两组临床指标、膝关节功能等。结果观察组住院费用(46 463.84±1 258.11)元、住院时间(16.41±4.35)d,少于对照组。术中出血量(196.57±22.09)ml、术后输血量(206.14±42.16)ml高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组膝关节功能优良率为95.35%,与观察组的90.70%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同期与分期TKA均可促进患者关节功能恢复,相比分期TKA而言,同期TKA可减少住院时间与治疗费用,但其创伤却相对较大。
