Research progress of dysphagia after anterior cervical surgery

颈椎前路减压椎间融合手术是骨科广泛用于治疗颈椎间盘退变性疾病的经典术式,能够切除突出的椎间盘,解除脊髓和神经根的压迫,术后有较高的融合率。吞咽困难作为该术式最常见的并发症之一,已受到许多临床医师的关注。本文回顾了近年来国内外文献,对颈椎前路术后吞咽困难的评估方法、发生率、病因与发病机制、风险因素、预防和治疗进行综述。

Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion is a classic orthopedic surgery widely used in the treatment of cervical degenerative disc diseases. It can remove the prominent disc, relieve the compression of the spinal cord and nerve root, and has a high fusion rate after surgery. Dysphagia, as one of the most common complications of the procedure, has attracted the attention of many clinicians. The methods of assessment, incidence, etiology and pathogenesis, risk factors, prevention and treatment of dysphagia after anterior cervical surgery were reviewed in this paper.
