产后雌二醇水平与体重变化相关性研究

The postpartum study of the relation between estradiol(E2) levels and weight retention

目的了解产妇产后体重、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平变化情况,探讨产后体重滞留与血清E2相关性,为产后恢复及远期健康提供科学依据。方法采用回顾—前瞻性的研究方法,收集产妇基本情况、体格指标等;酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)实验检测产后体内血清E2水平。使用Excel 2007软件建立数据库录入收集数据,并进行整理和剔除,SPSS 18.0软件进行数据的统计学处理。研究因素分组资料的均数比较采用方差分析。结果 (1)ELISA检测产妇产后3个月体内血清E2水平均值为(16.75±8.50)pmol/L;(2)体重情况:孕前体重均值(57.59±8.50)kg、平均BMI为(21.74±3.07)kg/m2,产前体重均值(74.84±10.55)kg、平均BMI为(28.03±4.31)kg/m2,产后3、6、9、12个月平均体重滞留分别为(7.05±6.62)kg、(6.58±6.45)kg、(5.55±5.97)kg、(5.27±9.03)kg;(3)产后不同体重滞留组血清E2水平差异有统计学意义(F=4.625,P<0.05),不同年龄组E2水平差异有统计学意义(F=3.513,P<0.05)。结论产后3~12个月体重滞留情况随着时间推移有降低的趋势,但存在较高比例人群的滞留情况;孕前、孕期、产后体重均与血清E2水平存在反比关系。

Objective To understand the maternal postpartum weight and estradiol（ E2） level changes,and investigate the relationship between postnatal weight retention and serum E2. Provided the scientific evidence for postpartum recovery and long-term health in maternal. Methods Use Review-prospective study method to survey the basic situation and physical index. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） was used to detect serum E2 levels in postpartum. We inputted the collected data in Excel2007 software and then organize and eliminate SPSS 18. 0 were used for data statistics processing. Study group data of mean comparison with analysis of variance. Results（1）The average of serum E2 level in postpartum 3 was（ 16. 75 ± 8. 50） pmol/L.（2）Information of body weight： The pregnancy weight average was（ 57. 59 ± 8. 50） kg. The BMI average was（ 21. 74 ± 3. 07） kg/m^2. The prenatal weight average was（ 74. 84 ± 10. 55） kg. The BMI average was（ 28. 03 ± 4. 31） kg/m^2. The postpartum weight retention were（ 7. 05 ± 6. 62） kg,（ 6. 58 ± 6. 45） kg,（ 5. 55 ± 5. 97） kg and（ 5. 27 ± 9. 03） kg in postpartum 3,6,9,12 months respectively.（3）The difference of postpartum serum E2 levels were statistical significance in different weight group（ F =4. 625,P〈0. 05）. The difference of postpartum serum E2 levels had statistical significance in different age group（ F = 3. 513,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Postpartum body serum E2 levels has a tendency to reduce as time goes by. But still a higher proportion of postpartum had weight retention. Postpartum serum E2 levels had inverse relationship with weight among pre-pregnancy,pregnancy and postpartum.
