乌鲁木齐市儿童预防接种知情同意书签订现况调查及影响因素分析

Investigation and influencing factors analysis of informed consent for children's vaccination in Urumqi

目的了解乌鲁木齐市儿童预防接种知情同意书签订现况,分析其影响因素,为后期提高签订率提供参考资料。方法从乌鲁木齐市儿童预防接种管理信息系统中随机抽取2017年1月1日~5月31日期间的500例个案,回查知情同意书签订情况,收集相关数据,使用SPSS 21.0进行统计分析。结果 500例个案签署知情同意书434例(占86.80%,434/500),其中男性231例(占85.87%,231/269)、女性203例(占87.88%,203/231),男女性别比为1.14∶1。第一类疫苗373例(占85.75%,373/435),第二类疫苗61例(占93.85%,61/65)。登记医生为专职(OR=743.12)和大专及以上学历(OR=13.83)是签订知情同意书的有利因素,而受种者为汉族(OR=0.59)则是签订知情同意书的不利因素。结论登记人员专职及高学历有利于受种方签署知情同意书,同时第二类疫苗签署明显高于第一类疫苗。因此应加强培训,提高登记人员专职率;同时对于汉族家长(本人)时,应防止漏签,对于少数民族知情同意书签订时应重点注意同民族登记护士对其进行管理。

Objective To understand the current status of informed consent for children＇ s vaccination in Urumqi,and analyze the influencing factors,to provide reference for work. Methods 500 cases were randomly selected from January 1 to May 31,2017 and to check the informed consent signed status,collect relevant data, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS21. 0. Results Consent signed rate were 86. 80%（ 434/500）,and the sex ratio is about 1. 14∶ 1. There were 373 cases used free vaccine（ 85. 75%,373/435）,61 cases were used fee charged vaccine（ 93. 85%,61/65）,registered physicians for full-time（ OR = 743. 12） and college degree or above（ OR = 13. 83） are beneficial factors when signing informed consent,while the recipient＇s being Han ethnic（ OR = 0. 59） is a negative factor for informed consent. Conclusion Registered personnel being full-time and highly educated makes for signing informed consent form,and the ratio of fee charged vaccine are significantly higher than the free vaccine. We should strengthen training,and improve the registration rate for full-time personnel; at the same time,for the Han parents,we should be more careful of preventing signature missing. For ethnic minorities,we should focus on administration on them with registered nurses of minority.
