解淀粉芽孢杆菌TWC2诱导甘蔗抗病性相关防御酶系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了探讨解淀粉芽孢杆菌TWC2诱导甘蔗抗病性机理,开发有效的生防制剂,采用比色法测定了解淀粉芽孢杆菌TWC2诱导甘蔗叶片后对叶片中多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)5种防御酶活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,解淀粉芽孢杆菌TWC2处理后的甘蔗叶片CAT、POD、SOD、PAL、PPO比未处理的显著提高;MDA含量比未处理的显著降低;且经10倍稀释液处理的甘蔗叶片中防御酶活性最高,诱导植株抗病性效果最佳。喷施TWC2稀释液可促使甘蔗抗病相关酶活性升高,诱导甘蔗植株产生系统抗性。诱导抗性可能是TWC2防治甘蔗病害的重要机制之一。 To probe into the biocontrol mechanism of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens TWC2 to induce sugarcane disease resistance and develop effective biocontrol agents, we determined the activities of polyphenol oxidase(PPO), peroxidase(POD), superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), phenylalanine(PAL) and content of maleic dialdehye(MDA) of sugarcane after being inoculated with TWC2. The results showed that the activities of POD,PPO, SOD, PAL and CAT in sugarcane leaves increased significantly after the treatment of fermented liquid,while the level of MDA was significantly lower than that of the untreated ones. The highest activity of defensive enzyme was found in sugarcane leaves,which was treated with 10 times diluent of TWC2, and the effect of inducing disease resistance of sugarcane was the best. Spraying fermentation liquor of TWC2 can increase activities of resistance-related enzymes, to induce systemic resistance of sugarcane plants. Further-more, the induced disease resistance may be an important mechanism for using B. amyloliquefaciens to control fungal diseases of sugarcane.
