干旱胁迫对甜高粱苗期性状与生产性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 分析了不同程度干旱胁迫(125、100、75和50m3/667m2漫灌,每次灌水25m3/667m2)对武威市BJ0603甜高粱的苗期形态特征、生物产量及含糖量的影响。结果表明:种植密度为16.68万株/hm2时,正常灌水(125m3/667m2)甜高粱苗期株高、地上鲜重、地下鲜重、地上干重、地下干重、单株产量和总产量均为最大。轻度干旱胁迫(100m3/667m2)能够刺激甜高粱根系生长,重度干旱胁迫(50m3/667m2)会导致甜高粱苗期生长发育性状和产量的大幅下降,其株高、单株产量、总产量分别下降了22.0%、32.4%和40.2%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。不同程度干旱胁迫对甜高粱糖锤度影响不大(P>0.05)。 The effect of different degrees of drought stress treatments(125, 100, 75 and 50 m3/667 m2 with flooding irrigation, 25 m3/667 m2 per time) on the agronomic traits of seedling stage, biological yield, and sugar content of sweet sorghum variety BJ0603 was tested. The results showed that height, fresh weight aboveground and underground, dry weight aboveground and underground, single plant yield, and total yield of sweet sorghum seedling stage with normal irrigation(125 m3/667 m2 water) were highest when the planting density was 166,800 plants/ha. Mild drought stress(100 m3/667 m2 water) stimulated sweet sorghum root growth. Severe drought stress(50 m3/667 m2 water) led to the sharp decline of growth traits of sweet sorghum seedling and yield. Height, yield per plant, and total yield of sweet sorghum with severe drought stress decreased by 22.0%, 32.4% and 40.2%,respectively, and the difference was extremely significant(P 〈0.01). Different degrees of drought stress had little effect on brix of sweet sorghum(P〉0.05).
