2017/2018榨季内蒙甜菜糖业调研报告(一)内蒙甜菜糖业迎来朝气蓬勃的时代

Investigation Report on Sugarbeet & Beet Sugar Industry in Inner Mongolia during 2017-2018(Ⅰ) Sugarbeet & Beet Sugar Industry in Inner Mongolia Will Rise to a Vigorous Era

为考察、掌握内蒙甜菜糖业的发展情况和预期,2017年9月组织调研团队,采用田间实地勘察、交流座谈、实地采访、现场参观等方式,对内蒙甜菜主产区5家集团的6家糖厂进行调研,结果显示:农民种植甜菜比较效益高,糖厂成本和收益优势突出,农民种植甜菜积极性较高,土地供应充足,机械化推广便利、继续提高潜力大,资金充裕、人员专业,糖厂占有主动权,有助于推动行业扩大发展,成本降低空间仍存,竞争优势将继续增强。行业迎来朝气蓬勃的时代,在相当长一段时间内,内蒙地区的甜菜行业依然会大力发展。整个产业链的延伸度高,从而拉低了人工成本和生产成本,为企业创造了较大的利润空间。

In order to investigate and grasp the current and future development situation of sugarbeet beet sugar industry in Inner Mongolia, Research team investigated 6 beet sugar companies in 5 groups in main beet producing areas of Inner Mongolia in September 2017, by means of field investigation, interviews and exchange and site visits, etc. The results showed that farmers obtained higher benefits of planting sugarbeet than that of planting other crops and were highly motivated to plant sugar beets, meanwhile, cost and income of sugar factories got the advantages, mechanization extension was convenient, and there was great potential for further improvement. Sugar refinery had the initiative with abundant land supply and funds as well as professional staffs,which helped to promote the expansion of the industry. Cost reduction space remains, and competitive advantage will continue to increase. The beet sugar industry in Inner Mongolia has ushered in a vibrant era, in a considerable period of time, the sugarbeet industry will still vigorously developing in Inner Mongolia. The extension of the whole industry chain is high, which reduces the labor cost and production cost, thus creating a large profit space for the enterprise.
