浅析血液标本放置时间对检验结果的影响

目的探究血液标本放置时间对检验结果的影响。方法选取本中心于2012年1月至2015年1月50份酶联免疫法(ELISA)双试剂HBV阳性标本,在72h内放置于零下25~30℃冰箱一周、一年、三年后,分别采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)在同台设备上对其进行检测,对比三份检出结果。结果 50例血清样本放置于零下25~30℃冰箱一周、一年、三年各时间段的阳性检出情况均无明显差异(P>0.05),其阳性率均高,无统计学意义。结论分别于不同时间段对血液标本进行检测,其检验结果均无明显差异。

Objective To investigate the effect of blood sample placement time on the test results. Methods Fifty patients admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were enrolled in this study. Within 72 hours, they were placed in the 25~30 ℃ refrigerator below zero for one week, one year, and three years later. They were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） on the same equipment, and the results of three tests were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the positive detection of 50 cases of serum samples placed at subzero 25~30 ℃ centigrade refrigerator for one week, one year and three years（P〈0.05）, and the positive rate was not statistically significant. Conclusion The blood samples were tested at different time periods, the test results were no significant difference.
