分析现代化信息在医院档案管理工作中的应用效果

Analysis of the Application of Modern Information in Hospital Archives Management

目的探析现代化信息在医院档案管理工作中的应用效果。方法随着新医改的逐渐深入,从2013年1月开始我院档案管理室再次强调并深入应用现代化信息技术来辅助管理,旨在不断提升档案管理质量,为医院整体管理水平的上升做出贡献。现代化信息管理前后分别统计管理档案各400份,对管理质量进行分级。比较两组对象管理优良率及出错率,综合分析现代信息技术在医院档案管理中发挥出的积极影响和重要作用。结果医院档案应用现代信息化管理后管理质量明显上升,抽样评估结果显示,管理前档案管理优良率74.5%明显低于管理后的95.5%(P<0.05);管理后档案出错率1.25%明显较管理前的12.5%更低(P<0.05)。结论现代化信息在医院档案管理工作中的应用效果良好,可明显改善传统管理模式的工作效率。

Objective To explore the application of modern information in the management of hospital records. Methods With the gradual deepening of the new medical reform, the archives management room of our hospital began to emphasize and deeply apply modern information technology to assist management from January 2013. The aim is to continuously improve the quality of archives management and contribute to the overall management of the hospital. Before and after the modern information management, each of the 400 administrative files were counted, and the quality of management was graded. Compare the good rate and error rate of two groups of objects management, and analyze the positive influence and important role of modern information technology in hospital archives management. Results The management quality of hospital archives application after modern information management increased obviously. The sampling evaluation showed that the pre-management file management 74.5% was significantly lower than the 95.5%（P〈0.05） after management; the post-management file error rate 1.25 % was significantly lower than 12.5% before management（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of modern information in the management of hospital records is effective and can obviously improve the work efficiency of the traditional management mode.
