单侧开窗潜行减压治疗双侧腰椎管狭窄的临床效果分析

Unilateral Window Sneak Decompression Treatment of Bilateral Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Clinical Analysis

目的探讨双侧腰椎管狭窄患者进行单侧开窗潜行减压治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2016年12月我院收入并展开治疗的双侧腰椎管狭窄患者共计150例作为研究对象,将其分为传统组64例与观察组86例。传统组患者采用传统的后路减压椎间植骨融合术(PLIF)进行治疗,观察组患者采用单侧开窗潜行减压术治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果两组患者治疗后视觉模拟VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷(ODI)评分较治疗前均得到改善,P<0.05;同时观察组患者两项评分改善程度优于传统组,观察组术中出血量少于传统组,术后住院时间短于传统组,P<0.05。结论双侧腰椎管狭窄患者经单侧开窗潜行减压术治疗后其功能障碍情况得到改善,且疼痛程度降低,术中出血量少,术后恢复时间较快,具有应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of unilateral fenestration and decompression on patients with bilateral lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods A total of 150 patients with bilateral lumbar spinal stenosis from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as research subjects. The patients were divided into traditional group（64 cases） and observation group（86 cases）. The traditional group of patients with traditional posterior decompression and interbody fusion（PLIF） for treatment, the observation group of patients with unilateral fenestration decompression treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, visual analog VAS score and Oswestry Disability Index Questionnaire（ODI） score of both groups were improved after treatment, P〈0.05; At the same time, the improvement of the two scores of the patients in the observation group was better than the traditional group, the amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the traditional group, and the time of postoperative hospitalization was shorter than that of the traditional group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The patients with bilateral lumbar spinal stenosis underwent unilateral window sneak decompression to improve the dysfunction,It is of great value in application.
