对婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎给予护理干预配合蒙脱石散灌肠的效果观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Rotavirus Enteritis in Infants with Dispersion of Enema with Montmorillonite

目的对婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎给予护理干预配合蒙脱石散灌肠的效果观察。方法选取我院86例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿作为研究对象,采用数字随机法,分为联合组和对照组各43例。对照组采用常规治疗,联合组采用护理干预配合蒙脱石散灌肠治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果联合组总有效率高于对照组,呕吐时间、腹泻时间、退热时间以及住院时间均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论护理干预配合蒙脱石散灌肠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎具有良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患儿临床症状,缩短患儿住院时间,促进患儿康复,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis with montmorillus powder enema. Methods 86 patients with rotavirus enteritis of our hospital were selected as the subjects of study, and the number of patients was divided into the combined group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the combined group was treated with nursing intervention combined with montmorillonite enema, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group, and the time of vomiting, diarrhea, fever and hospitalization were all lower than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Nursing intervention with montmorillonite powder enema treatment of infant rotavirus viral enteritis has good clinical curative effect, can effectively improve clinical symptoms, shortening the time of children in the hospital, promote patients recover, it＇s worthy of popularization and application.
