早期护理的实施对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠者妊娠结局的效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Early Nursing on Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women with Gestational diabetes

目的观察早期护理的实施对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠者妊娠结局的效果。方法随机抽取88例本院妇产科自2016年8月至2017年8月收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组(n=44)和研究组(n=44),对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上联合早期护理,分析两组孕妇血糖水平、妊娠结局。结果血糖水平对比结果显示,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);孕妇并发症发生率、新生儿分娩结局对比结果显示,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠者应用早期护理干预,护理效果显著,既可控制孕妇血糖水平,又可改善妊娠结局,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of early nursing on pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetic pregnant women. Methods A total of 88 cases of gestational diabetic pregnant women in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly selected, using random envelope method, they were divided into control group（n=44） and study group（n=44）. The normal nursing was carried out in the control group, and the early nursing was carried out on the basis of routine nursing in the study group. The blood glucose level and pregnancy outcome of two groups of pregnant women were analyzed. Results The comparison result of blood glucose levels shows that the study group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; the comparison result of incidence of pregnant women＇s complications and the outcome of newborn babies shows that the study group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of early nursing intervention for gestational diabetic pregnant women has significant nursing effect, which not only can control the blood sugar level of pregnant women, but also improve the pregnancy outcome. It is worth to be popularized.
