儿童维生素A缺乏与血红蛋白水平及呼吸道感染相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析儿童维生素A缺乏与血红蛋白水平及呼吸道感染的相关性。方法随机选取我院于2017年1月至12月儿科门诊儿童120例,检测外周血血红蛋白水平,探究维生素A的情况和呼吸道感染、贫血之间的关系。结果在120例就诊儿童中,受检儿童的血清视黄醇中位水平是0.28mg/L,有呼吸道感染的儿童要比无呼吸道感染的儿童低,且差异有意义。亚临床维生素A缺乏、可疑亚临床缺乏百分比为5.0%、44.2%。亚临床维生素缺乏A、可疑亚临床缺乏及正常组儿童的贫血发生率为33.3%、22.64%,差异有意义。结论呼吸道感染的儿童血清视黄醇水平要比正常儿童的略低,维生素A的缺乏和贫血有关。 Objective To analyze the correlation between vitamin A deficiency and hemoglobin level and respiratory tract infection in children. Methods We randomly selected 120 pediatric outpatients in our hospital in January 2017-December, detected peripheral blood hemoglobin levels, and explored the relationship between vitamin A and respiratory tract infection and anemia. Results In 120 children, the median level of serum retinol in children is 0.28 mg/L, and children with respiratory tract infection are lower than those without respiratory tract infection, and the difference is significant. Subclinical Vitamin A deficiency, suspected subclinical deficiency percentage was 5.0%, 44.2%. Subclinical Vitamin deficiency A, suspected subclinical deficiency and normal group children's anaemia incidence is 33.3%, 22.64%, the difference is meaningful. Conclusions The level of serum retinol in children with respiratory tract infection is slightly lower than that of normal children, and vitamin A deficiency is associated with anemia.
