分析腰间盘突出症患者应用针灸理疗治疗的康复疗效

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Physiotherapy for the Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的研究分析在治疗腰间盘突出症患者时,配合针灸理疗的康复效果。方法选择2017年1月至2017年12月我院接受治疗的30例腰间盘突出症患者,遵照随机分配法则,平均分为对照组(n=15)与观察组(n=15),对照组患者行传统牵引等常规治疗方式,观察组以此作为基础并配合针灸理疗,比较两组患者治疗后的效果以及JOA评分情况。结果 (1)治疗效果比较:观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)JOA评分比较:治疗后,观察组JOA评分显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中治疗腰间盘突出症患者,采用针灸理疗,能够有效促进其康复,并改善临床症状,提高其日常生活质量,实践意义重大。

Objective To study and analyze the rehabilitation effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Thirty patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group（n=15） and observation group（n=15）. Patients in the control group were treated by conventional traction methods. The observation group used this as a basis and with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. The treatment effect and the JOA score of the two groups were compared. Results （1） Comparison of therapeutic effects： The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;（2） JOA score comparison： After treatment, JOA score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group Statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation, the use of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, which can effectively promote their rehabilitation, and improve clinical symptoms, improve their daily lives, the practice of great significance.
