六君子汤对终末期肾病(ESRD)合并营养不良患者的补充作用分析

Analysis of the Supplementary Effect of Liujunzi Decoction on Patients with Endogenous Nephropathy(ESRD) Complicated with Malnutrition

目的研究分析六君子汤对终末期肾病(ESRD)合并营养不良患者的补充作用。方法选取本院2013年3月至2016年3月收治的终末期肾病(ESRD)合并营养不良患者167例,均实施六君子汤用药2个疗程,观察患者治疗前后Alb、Scr、BUN、Hb、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白等营养指标变化,评估患者营养状态。结果营养不良患者经六君子汤用药后Alb、Hb、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白等营养指标明显升高,Scr、BUN指标均明显降低,与治疗前相比差异性明显(P<0.05);营养等级评分明显改善,与治疗前相比差异性明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);厌食、腹泻、腹痛、乏力等临床症状均得到明显改善,与治疗前相比差异性明显(P<0.05)。结论终末期肾病(ESRD)合并营养不良患者给予六君子汤做补充用药,可改善患者厌食、纳差症状,提高自身免疫功能,改善营养状态,效果确切。

Objective To study the effect of Liujunzi decoction on end-stage renal disease（ESRD） with malnutrition. Methods In our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were end-stage renal disease（ESRD） in 167 cases of patients with malnutrition, two patients were treated with Liu Junzi Decoction. The patients were treated with Alb, Scr, BUN and Hb, Prealbumin, transferrin and other nutritional indicators change, assess the nutritional status of patients. Results Malnutrition patients after six Gentlemen Decoction, Alb, Hb, prealbumin, transferrin and other indicators of nutrition significantly increased, Scr, BUN indicators were significantly decreased, compared with before treatment, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）; The nutritional grade score was significantly improved, compared with that before treatment, the difference was significant, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; Anorexia, diarrhea, abdominal pain, fatigue and other clinical symptoms were significantly improved, compared with before treatment, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endometrial Nephropathy（ESRD） combined with malnutrition patients to give Liu Junzi soup to do the drug, can improve the patient anorexia, anorexia symptoms, improve their immune function, improve the nutritional status, the effect is exact.
